1.1.- Registration for VOA courses, certifications and workshops is only considered valid from the moment payment of the course fee is made, using the payment method chosen by the trainee at the time of registration.

1.2.-The value of the course is understood to be the amount shown on the website or the amount contracted directly between the parties, via email: mafalda.ipc@gmail.com

2.1.- The parties, Trainee and Mafalda Correia, assume that upon registration, a place on the chosen course is guaranteed, which is equivalent to the Trainee assuming that he/she occupies a place on the course and Mafalda Correia guarantees the reservation of the place for the Trainee.

2.2.- This vacancy may not be occupied and/or transferred to any other person, except by agreement between the Trainee and Mafalda Correia, the latter reserving the right to authorize or not the transfer of ownership of the vacancy.

3.1.- Upon registration, the Trainee undertakes to pay the full amount of the training, under the conditions agreed between the parties.

3.2.-In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from participation, payment in installments of the course/certification/workshop fee does not exempt the Trainee from the obligation to pay the outstanding installments, given that the contracted amount is unique, with the option of payment in installments being a special payment condition available to Trainees.

3.3.- Failure to make any payment will result in the immediate suspension of the Trainee's registration, with the possibility of returning to training after payment has been made.

4.1.- Mafalda Correia reserves the right to cancel due to lack of a minimum number of registrants to enable the course/certification/workshop to be held, or due to unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure.

4.2.- In case of cancellation of the course/certification/workshop, the Trainee will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, and may choose to have the amount paid used as credit for another course/certification/workshop organized and run by Mafalda Correia.

4.3.- For reasons of illness, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, Mafalda Correia may reschedule the dates of the course/certification/workshop, in which case the Trainee may choose to maintain their registration for the new date, or request a refund of the amount already paid for this purpose.

5.1.- The request for withdrawal or cancellation of the course/certification/workshop on the initiative of the Trainee will not give rise to the refund of the amount already paid, and when this request is made up to 20 days before the start of the training, the Trainee may choose:

a) that the amount paid is used as credit for another Mafalda Correia course/certification/workshop;

b) or by agreement with Mafalda Correia transfer your place to another person, under the terms of clause 2, no. 2.2.

5.2.- In any case, cancellation or withdrawal must be formally requested by email to mafalda.ipc@gmail.com

Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved by the courts of the District of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other.
