Parenting
Non-Marital Parenting
Conscious Divorce Mentorship
Non-marital parenting refers to parents who parent their children without having a romantic partnership with each other.
In addition to the typical challenges of parenthood, there are contextual particularities of these families that deserve to be cared for and supported.
The myths and prejudices regarding Non-Marital Parenting, misinformation and lack of adequate references, mean that many parents have difficulty finding appropriate support for their specific issues.

First Session
The First Session , as the name suggests, is an initial session for those who are booking for the first time. It is a session for gathering information, defining the main needs and making a decision about the "next" step.
It can be Individual or in Pairs .

Individual Session
Individual Session, these are individual follow-up and monitoring sessions to support people who are going through a Separation and to promote more conscious Parenting, personal and relational development.

Pair Session
Pair Sessions are follow-up and monitoring sessions for two adults who are separating or are involved in parenting (they can be fathers or mothers, stepmothers or stepfathers... any pair who are involved in parenting children or young people).
My approach to supporting adults is one of co-responsibility in the personal and relational development project, encouraging awareness of their current context, the blockers to change and the potential for transformation, so that they can make choices that are more aligned with the life they want to live and the parents they want to be.
Becoming aware of biological, family and social conditioning is the way out of reactivity and automatisms. Clarifying values, taking responsibility, dealing with resentment and truly connecting with our children is the gateway to more authentic, integrated and responsible parenting.
